At Packer Tracker, we believe you should have total control over your data. This page outlines how to delete your account and remove all information associated with our services.

Privacy Note: Packer Tracker operates on an Offline-First basis. Most of your data lives exclusively on your device unless you have enabled Cloud Sync (Pro feature).

How to Delete Your Data

Step 1: Local Data Deletion
To delete all packing lists, custom items, and settings from your physical device, simply uninstall the Packer Tracker app. This clears the local database immediately.

Step 2: Cloud Data Deletion (Pro Users)
If you have used the "Cloud Backup" or "Sync" features, your data is stored securely using encrypted Amazon S3 buckets. To delete this data:

This will immediately and permanently wipe your data from our S3 storage servers.

Request Manual Deletion

If you no longer have the app installed and wish to ensure all records associated with your email (such as billing support logs) are removed, please contact us directly.

Data Retention Policy

When you request account deletion, we process it within 48 hours. Please note that some billing information must be retained for legal and tax purposes as required by financial regulations, but this data will never be used for tracking or marketing.
